Fire & Brilliance's round Old European Cut (OEC) FAB moissanite is a fantastic faceted gem reminiscent of brilliant cut stones with that old world charm.

The distinguishable features of this 58 facets OEC moissanite are the larger facet placements and faceted culet. F&B's OEC displays a remarkable flair by minimizing the surface area of the faceted culet while adding an additional 128 facets on and around the girdle to achieve a more modern approach to an antique style cut.

Fun Fact: Per the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), "Old-mine and other early brilliant cuts - such as the old European cut, with a circular girdle that was unusual for that time - became models for later diamond cut designers."
